The Brothers of Charity Services is an organisation whose vision is to provide a range of services to people with learning disabilities which support their individuality, choice, rights and dreams.

The Brothers of Charity Services have been supporting people with learning disabilities in the Merseyside area for over 100 years. We also provide services to people who are autistic, have mental health issues, dementia and Asperger syndrome.

The remainder of our Knowsley services are based at Thingwall Hall where we have 4 Residential Homes which have 6 places in each home, 2 Nursing Homes which have 7 places in each home and 3 Supported Living Homes which have 5 places in each home.

Also on the Thingwall Hall site we have a Day Centre which operates from 8:45am until 4:15pm.
