CAMHS Team Knowsley

The Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) is a specialist service providing support and therapeutic intervention to children, young people and their families who are experiencing complex, persistent and severe emotional and psychological problems. The team includes:

  • Advanced Mental Health Practitioners
  • Systemic Family Practitioner
  • CBT Therapist
  • IPTa Therapist
  • Art Therapist/Trauma Therapist

  • Support Worker
  • Trainee LD/ clinician
  • Youth Offending Service/CAMHS

Referral procedure

CAMHS incorporates all tier 2 services.

CAMHS also has a young person participation group for service users.
