Weight Management (Measure Up) 10 week programme, Health Forums, Community Engagement/needs assesment
LAMP (Looking after Me Programme) for clients with mental health/Learning Disabilities - Resilience, Self-Esteem, confidence building and lifestyle Health For Me - Resilience, Self-Esteem, confidence building and lifestyle (for people with low level anxiety, depression) Healthy Together (families with children 4-11) course content includes Healthy eating messages/healthy cookery and physical activity messages
Bespoke targeted courses to meed needs of groups in community Children Centre's, Home Start, Supported Living, Imagine etc.

Referrals are accepted from GPs and other health professionals through the single point of access team (HUB). To access the service, you will need to be a resident of Knowsley or registered with a Knowsley GP. It is also possible to self refer.
