Do you want to encourage your family to become more active?

The Lifestyle Hub is a free local, confidential support service for anyone who would like support making positive changes in their life and is run by Healthy Knowsley.  You can also attend the Volair Leisure Centres where you can get your Active Knowsley card and use their facilities to help you get fit and healthy. Bike rides in the local parks are organised by PedalAway and always welcome new riders, whatever your ability.

Looking for places to go and things to do in your local community?

There are 5 libraries in Knowsley at Halewood, Huyton, Kirkby, Prescot and Stockbridge Village, plus a mobile, home library service & dedicated school library service.  They have a broad selection of stock and free computer use for library members and also host regular events and formal / informal courses for all ages and can help you start your family tree.

Do you have a baby or child under 5 and you are looking for activities you can attend together?

Contact your local children's centre to see what classes they have for you and your child, these can include baby massage, chatterbox sessions and wellbeing sessions.
