Home-Start depend a great deal on the support provided by our network of well trained, local volunteers who provide ongoing support to families in Knowsley. Volunteers are able to access training opportunities and emphasis is given to confidence and self-development.

Home-Start provides practical and emotional support to families with at least one child under the age of eight. Support is provided in the home by local volunteers who are parents themselves. Home-Start believes that our children need a happy and secure childhood an that parents play the key role in giving their children a good start in life and helping them to achieve their full potential.
