Ways to Wellbeing
Wellbeing Enterprises was established in 2006 as the first wellbeing Community Interest Company in the UK.
We are a pioneering leader in the health and wellbeing sector that offers bespoke products and services to improve the health and wellbeing of individuals and communities.
We also provide specialist support to health and social care professionals and organisations to enable them to put wellbeing at the core of what they do. We have, and are continuing to, demonstrate a sustainable impact within the health and wellbeing sector.
To support individuals and communities to achieve better health and wellbeing. We do this by educating the general public; unlocking the assets within our communities and working collaboratively with our partners to tackle the underlying causes of poor health. All activity is founded on a strong evidence and research base.
Who are WE
Wellbeing Enterprises CIS (WE) is a social enterprise, delivering community wellbeing activities in St Helens & Knowsley.
WE know life can be tough from time to time and has its ups and downs. WE help people go on a journey by finding out what you're good at, connecting you to people who make you feel good and by learning some top tips to help you overcome challenges and stay positive.
We can help you to coonect to opportunities, to meet new peoplw, learn new skills and have fun. Our courss cn help you in practical ways to overcome challenges too. Examples of courses on offer include arts and crafts, mindfulness, singing and stress management.

Life Skills support
An opportunty to attend courses to help deal wnd manage with the everyday difficulties that you may be going through.
Take part in engaging courses such as:
- Stress Management
- Living Life to the Full
- Sleep & Relaxation
- Emotional Awareness
Take part in a range of fun and creative courses in your are. Chances to connect, meet people, learn new skills and discover new interests.
- Creative Crafts
An opportunity to become a 'Community Wellbeing Volunteer' and help support friends, family, and people in your community to improve their wellbeing.
