We have 3 Walk-In Centres in Knowsley - at Halewood, Huyton & Kirkby, and a local hospital - Whiston if you have an emergency and require A & E. However you may be closer to either a Liverpool hospital or St Helens.

SERVICES for Carers | Knowsley Info contains details of support services available to carers, including respite breaks, carers’ centres and support groups or you can request a a care assessment. The Knowsley Carers Centre provide a range of services to support and enhance the lives of unpaid carers throughout Knowsley, they also have a Young Adult Carers Group for 17-25 year olds. There is also Knowsley Young Carers Support Service 'Me Time' organised and run by Vibe for young carers.
Do you feel that you need counselling either for yourself or a child or young person?
Have you suffered a bereavement or feel that you need counselling at a troubled time of your life, to try and help we have collected together some organisations that can provide Counselling or Bereavement Support, some are national helplines and some are local services. For children locally we have the Butterflies Project who help with bereavement, dying, death, divorce, emotional problems, family breakdown, parental separation, and terminal illnesses and Kooth.com who provide online and face to face counselling and support service to young people 11-25 living in or attending school in, Knowsley. There is also the Young People's Community Eating Disorder Service who provide assessment, treatment and support for young people with eating disorders and their families.
