If you are offline and have a safeguarding concern where you believe a child maybe experiencing harm or could be at risk, but there is no immediate danger, you must report your concerns to the Multi-Agency Safeguarding Children Hub (MASH). If you or someone you know are in mental health crisis and no longer feel able to cope or be in control of your situation. Call NHS 111 and select the mental health option. NHS staff will then support you to get the help you need. Available 24/7, for people of all ages including children and young people.
If you or the person you are concerned about need urgent mental health support but also have serious physical injuries, then you are advised to attend A&E to address the physical injuries.

The 0–25 service supports families in Knowsley by providing care for children from birth to age five who live in the area, and for young people aged five to twenty-five who are enrolled in a Knowsley-based school, college, or alternative education setting. Support is also available to parents, carers, and guardians.
