Induction Booklet

The early years team have created an induction exemplar for leadership/management to support new members to the team through a robust induction.
The exemplar is across eight weeks and each week is dedicated to a key part of the induction process from Safeguarding, Health and Safety, EYFS, effective teaching, communication support, Wellcomm to inclusion and Special Educational Needs and Disability support. 
Throughout the exemplar are useful links to policy examples, YouTube videos, EYFS guidance and quizzes to support knowledge growth. 
The induction exemplar is a working document and a useful tool for all team members to use and refer back to throughout their employment.
