St Laurence's Catholic Primary School provide a broad and balanced education for the children of the Southdene community.  

We welcome our partnership with parents and the community. 

We aim to provide an education that enables each child to reach their full potential. 

We believe this can only be achieved by creating an atmosphere where all are valued, gifts and talents are celebrated and the gospel values of love, respect and justice are at the heart of all we do.

Extended School Services Available:

• After school childcare and/or activities, for school age children (term time)
• Before school childcare and/or activities for school age children (term time)
• Community use of school field
• Family learning (i.e. parents/carers/other adult family members learning together with children)
• Health services and health promotion activities for the school community
• Work with health professionals to support your pupils
• Information sessions for all parents of pupils entering Reception, Year 3 and Year 7
• Specialised support, including for parents whose children have problems with attendance/behaviour
• Work with social care professionals to support pupils
• Study support, sports, arts, music, ICT and/or volunteering opportunities for pupils outside school hours.
