Rebound Dance & Health CIC

Rebound aims to deliver a wide range of physical activity projects to people of all ages and abilities in Knowsley. From our base in Huyton we strive to work in partnership with organisations and individuals to inspire people of all ages and abilities to use dance and physical activity as a fun and non-competitive tool to improve levels of fitness, self-esteem and social interaction.

We offer a programme of community dance, fitness and well-being classes to encourage as many people as possible to get involved. Our projects are delivered into schools, community, venues, residential homes and any other group/venue that we can link up with.
